First, Capture More Emails

Aim for at least a 6% conversion rate.

Here’s the structure we follow for an 8-email welcome flow (yes, 8. Because short welcome flows leave money on the table):

  1. Immediate Welcome: Deliver an incentive and set expectations. (0-5 min)

  2. Brand Story & Value Prop: Why you exist and how you’re different. (24 hrs)

  3. Best Sellers & Social Proof: Showcase top products with reviews. (48 hrs)

  4. Overcoming Objections: Address common concerns with FAQs. (3 days)

  5. Urgency & Scarcity: Limited-time offer or expiring incentive. (5 days)

  6. Use Cases & Testimonials: Show how customers love your products. (1 week)

  7. Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes: Insider look or founder’s note. (10 days)

  8. Final Soft Sell: Keep them engaged with future content. (2 weeks)

The Secret? Personalization & Testing

Use dynamic product recommendations based on browsing behavior. Never stop testing subject lines, CTA placements, and send times to optimize performance.
